Job Description - Sales Associate

Our ideal candidate will nerd out on pet nutrition with us. They’ll show up each day with a positive attitude and the drive to create an amazing experience for every customer and pet who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Educate pet parents on products, especially food, supplements, and wellness items.
• Help customers choose the best options for their pets’ unique needs.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
• Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support promotions, events, and the grooming department as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Available to work Tuesday–Saturday.
• A genuine love for animals and a passion for pet health & nutrition.
• Can lift 50 lbs repeatedly and spend extended hours (8+) on your feet.
• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Previous retail or sales experience is great, but we’re willing to train the right self-starter.
